How is my data kept secure?

All website communication is done over SSL. Any access to any API is done with OAuth 2.0 authorization. Any sensitive information like the access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted with 256-bit AES encryption.

Do you store the customer data in your database?

No. No data entered into the templates nor data from your CRMs are stored in the database.

How do I add more than 100 users?

Contact support here and the team will get you setup with a plan that works best for you!

Do I need to be a programmer to use this app?

No programming experience is needed. We do recommend going through you CRM's API documentation to get a better understanding on where data is stored. This will help when matching place holders to the correct data.

Is there a limit to how many templates can be stored?

Yes. Each Plan has a maximum storage capacity. So depending on how large your templates are will determine how many templates can be uploaded. For example on the smallest capacity Plan of 10 GB, if all your templates are 100 MB large that means you can upload 10,000 templates.

Can I email the template directly to my client?

No, this application does not email anyone's clients. The filled in template must be downloaded to your device which you can then send to your client.

The currently supported file formats are txt, doc, and docx.

How do I close my account?

To close your account, navigate to Setup -> Billing Information. At the top, click "Cancel Subscription" and click "Yes" to confirm.
